A unique combination of yoga postures, meditative music sounds and mindfulness that come together organically during this special performance. Everything is possible: actively participate on your own yoga mat, relax while listening to the beautiful music or a combination of both. During the performance, Jan, Yvonne and Iris take you into a flow of movement, breath and relaxation.
