Staff courses overview


The UT thinks it is important that employees seriously consider which steps to make in their career and how to go about that, within or outside the university. A certain circulation and dynamics within the organization can be stimulating and makes room for new, talented employees. Staff moving on to other jobs within the university also develop a wider view of the organization, reinforcing cooperation within the organization. Timely career steps prevent staff from becoming underchallenged. In addition to trainings which support employees in making a career move, the UT also offer coaching and career counseling.
