This training will be paid from central funds. However, you do need permission from your head of department.

An experienced and specialized trainer of the Educational Service Department
Course materials will be provided during the training.
Academic staff (including PhDs and postdocs) who would like to use creative thinking to enhance knowledge exchange and to create new knowledge.
The workshop offers concrete tools on how to use creative thinking techniques in different situations. Using various techniques, we will work on questions from the participants in a creative approach. You will learn to generate ideas and leave "Yes, but" behind you.
The participants will learn how to use different techniques in meetings and classes, e.g. using mind maps, exploring a theme based on an association, or a more creative approach for student presentations. Of course some theory will be discussed, but the training is dedicated to ‘Doing’!
