Dance, Flow & Recharge: An Embodied Movement Journey
Following on from Professor Ed de Bruin’s lecture (see below), Be-Intouch is offering an Open Floor Embodied Movement Lab in November. A movement practice. A form of meditative dance. Over four sessions. It is not only good sleep that contributes to a healthy body and mind; movement and dance can be also nourishing and supportive sources.
Movement and dance can be a way to still the mind and meditate to enter a deeper level of ourselves. A way to scan, listen and feel our body and track our own nervous system. To become more present and discover what our body, mind and soul needs at that very moment. To feel and learn how to resource ourselves and acces different states of being in touch with ourselves, and just “Be-“ Intouch.
Program:
Thursday November 5th: we explore “Release”
Thursday November 12th : Ground(ing)
Thursday November 19th: Activate & Settle
Thursday November 26th we will end with exploring: Center & towards and away
