This course is held alternately in English and Dutch

RESULT

After the training you'll have knowledge and skills how to structurally implement an improvement. 

You've learned to:
Define a problem
Perform a rootcause analyse
Brainstorm for new ideas
Implement and sustain a change
Visualize a process/value stream
You know about Lean instruments that can be used to solve a problem

CONTENT

Lean theory, interspersed with exercises. The theory includes among others: Kaizen, VSM, 5S and various elements to bring people into the change. Between the training days there are three practical assignments which you have to complete (expected effort: 24 hours).
The course ends with an exam. If you succeed you will receive the Lean competence center certificate: Green belt.
