Building sustainable high performance culture

KEYNOTE

Lessons from Formula 1 on leadership, psychological safety and team performance

What do a scientific team and a Formula 1 team have in common? In both worlds, expertise alone doesn’t determine success. How people collaborate, communicate and perform (under pressure) makes all the difference.

Dr. Marcia Goddard, psychologist and expert in psychological safety and performance, takes us into the world of high-performing teams. Drawing on her experience with, among others, Formula 1, she explores how trust, open communication and the freedom to challenge one another lead to better decisions, greater innovation and stronger performance.

Psychological safety is not a ‘soft’ topic – it is a hard prerequisite for results. So how do you create an environment where people can fully leverage their expertise, speak up when it matters and challenge each other, while keeping the bar high?

The knowledge gained during Marcia's keynotes is directly applicable to the workplace. She provides concrete tools and examples that will help your team transform and grow.
