Find Your Balance : with Tai Chi
In a world where you’re constantly switching between work, study, deadlines, team meetings, social plans and everything in between, your energy can sometimes feel like it’s running on autopilot. Tai Chi offers a calm counterbalance: a moment to ground yourself, recharge, and regain clarity. With gentle movements, mindful breathing, and centuries‑old Chinese wisdom, Tai Chi helps you release tension, regain focus, and let your energy flow freely again. It’s not an intense workout, but a smart way to bring both your body and mind back into balance — ideal for anyone with a busy life, whether on campus or at work.
What You Will Learn:
- Tai Chi principles — flowing movements that make your body more flexible and your mind calmer
- Breathing techniques — to reduce stress and support energy flow
- Massage exercises — simple techniques to activate internal systems
- Traditional Chinese bodywork — for strength, flexibility, and balance
- Nutritional advice — based on traditional Chinese medicine
You’ll learn to listen to your body, move with awareness, and create moments of calm in your daily rhythm — whether that’s between lectures, meetings, or other responsibilities. No performance pressure, no complicated choreography: just a pleasant way to reconnect with yourself.
