Transfer modules/premaster for UT Bachelors

GEneral

Find out if you can transfer directly or indirectly to our Master’s programmes by checking the transfer matrix on www.doorstroommatrix.nl. An asteriks means usually that there is a bridging programme needed, which can be completede during the minor/elective module.

Transfer minor / premaster for ATLAS, CreaTe and AT

Students from the Bachelor’s programmes CreaTe, ATLAS and AT can transfer directly to the Master’s programmes Computer Science after completing a transfer minor. This transfer minor consists of at least two of the following modules*:

  • Q1: TCS M5 Computer Systems for TCS
  • Q2: TCS M2 Software Systems*
  • Q3: EE M7 Network Systems for EE
  • Q3: TCS M7 Discrete Structures & Efficient Algorithms

*If combined with M5 Computer Systems or M7 Network Systems, students are recommended to take 202001182 algorithms, data structures and complexity (5EC, 1B) instead of the discrete math in M2 Software Systems. Note. that the discrete math in M2 is NOT the same as the discrete math in M5.

Note: these modules are closed for registration to non-TCS students (sometimes EE/AM)

Make sure to register for the modules via the minor registration (www.utwente.nl/minor) and only contact modulesupport-tcs@utwente.nl if this is not applicable (Network Systems).
For the ADC math replacement, you can register yourself separately via Osiris a few weeks before the start of Q2.
