During the WebHare complete course, you will get a full overview of the features in the default UT website template in WebHare.
The course focuses on the UT website templates: the regular website as shown below, but also on the version for institutes and non-branding (without UT logo).

This course will not (!) cover:
- People.utwente.nl (easy to fill in by with following the instructions when clicking the blue (?) icon in the system.
- Projects.utwente.nl (easy to fill in by with following the instructions when clicking the blue (?) icon in the system.
- Other apps in WebHare like NEO, Courses, Snippets, Brochures, etc.
- Other website templates like Student Union
Topics
In this course, we first cover the basic course topics:
- The editor to create and edit webpages
- Using stylings like headings on your page
- Creating links
- Adding pictures
- Rules for files and folders
- If time, basic information about additional features
Then we proceed to more advanced topics:
- General knowled about online communication
- Inline components (within the text area)
- Widgets (blocks/banners on your page)
- Web forms
- Google Analytics
- More on Search Engine Optimization
- General advanced features/tips

Students and employees who work with the UT WebHare template; also for e.g. scientists who are considering using Webhare for projects in the future and want to get an impression of all possibilities. Please note: high pace/lots of features are discussed. On average, the basic course is enough for office managers.

- Good to know
In general, if there are non-Dutch-speaking participants, the course will be in English. Please note: once or twice a year, there is a 100% Dutch course (but slides are always in English). The course title (see the form below) indicates which course is 100% Dutch.
