Duration and Time Investment

English for Lectures consists of six classes. The lessons include a variety of practical language learning activities, such as exercises, discussions, mini-lectures, and role plays. Homework each week consists of preparing the activities mentioned above. You will be expected to present a short lecture each week.

Attendance at every lesson is essential. The course is held over six consecutive weeks, with one session per week, each session lasting two and a half hours. Homework is expected to take approximately two hours each week.   

Admission Criteria

It is intended for lecturers, for PhDs and postdocs who are teaching in English or who will be doing so in the future. Target group is non-native speakers.
