At the end of the training you are skilled in the technique to record a microlecture in a professional studio at the University of Twente.

You know how to set up the required materials and during the coaching session you will receive feedback on your individual camera performance.

This is a blended course.

You start with an on line (Canvas) course with the fundamentals, background information and practical support. Then there are two group meetings: a workshop of two hours, and the final studio training of 4 hours. These meetings are two weeks apart.

In the workshop you will start to work on your lecture script and appropriate visuals. The workshop is lead by Arthur Veugelers (UT-TELT).

During the studio training you will step in front of the camera. A professional coach helps you to find your strong points when presenting on camera. Your coach will be Laurens ten Den, a professional stage and screen writer, performer and director.

A more comprehensive description of this course’s content can be found on the TELT Solutions page about Microlectures.
