The power within:therapeutic boxing
Therapeutic Boxing is an experiential form of coaching that uses boxing and movement exercises to strengthen mental, emotional, and social skills. Boxing is not used as a sport, but as a tool to gain insight into behavior, boundaries, and emotions. Through active exercises, reflection, and short debriefs, you’ll develop awareness, balance, and personal growth.
Weekly Themes. Each 60-minute session focuses on a different theme:
- Body Awareness – feeling and recognizing tension and energy
- Boundaries – identifying and expressing personal space
- Self-Control – managing impulses and emotions
- Willpower – strengthening focus and perseverance
- Balance – finding the right mix between effort and relaxation
- Empathy & Attunement – listening and responding to others
- Trust – building safety and connection
- Following & Leading – exploring roles and responsibility
- Focus – maintaining attention and handling distraction
you’ll build mental resilience, self-awareness, and body confidence. You’ll learn to regulate stress, recognize and communicate your boundaries, and act with more focus and energy — both physically and mentally.
