Padel: The Perfect Mix
Padel is one of the fastest growing and most popular new sports in the Netherlands. Padel is played with 4 people on a padel field which is surrounded by glass walls. The sport is easy to start with and with our 8 or 10-weeks course you will learn the basics of padel. You will develop your skills and improve yourself over time.
Check this Youtube video to see how a Padel match is played!
You have little to no experience playing Padel. You still need to learn the basic strokes, rules of the game, and how to develop both offensive and defensive strategies from the ground up. If you’ve never taken a lesson before and are unfamiliar with Padel strokes like the forehand, backhand, serve, lob, Bandeja, Vibora, Chiquita, and smash, or if you don’t know the rules and how to use the walls, and have little to no experience in match play where technique and tactics are crucial for both offense and defense, then this is the right course for you.
After the first or second training, the trainers will assess whether you have the skill level for this course and may determine you need to be reassigned to another course that is better suited to your level. It is important that you register to the course that suits your level, as transfer is not always possible (that course may already be full).
