- In this masterclass, you will gain all the essential legal knowledge and practical skills to effectively participate in the adoption of the OER.
- We discuss interpretations and applications of key articles of the WHW, particularly Article 7.13.
- We will discuss your role regarding the OER and how the different participation bodies relate to each other in this process.
- As a result of the training, you will have a clear understanding of the most topical aspects of the OER, and you will know how to navigate the process of establishing the OER as a participatory body.
