It’s not an intense workout, but a smart way to bring both your body and mind back into balance — ideal for anyone with a busy life, whether on campus or at work.

What You Will Learn:

You’ll learn to listen to your body, move with awareness, and create moments of calm in your daily rhythm — whether that’s between lectures, meetings, or other responsibilities. No performance pressure, no complicated choreography: just a pleasant way to reconnect with yourself.

Please note: This course is only accessible to students and employees with a valid  Union-/Campuscard.
