CONTENT
To prepare for the course you make assignments at home. The first part of the assignments (Finding your talents) you finish before the first day, the second part (Search directions) before the second day.
The course consists of exercises to discuss the assignments and bring them a step further. You’ll learn about your talents, needs and values, you’ll see the thread in your development and formulate your personal ingredients for job satisfaction.
You’ll develop focus in your career and get an understanding of what a good job context is for you.
This all provides input for your personal elevator pitch that you present at the end of this course.
ORGANIZATION
The results of the assignments you make at home will be further deepened during the course.
There is plenty of room for interaction with other participants.
The emphasis is on practical exercises from your personal situation and tips and feedback from the trainer and other participants to make the translation to your work and life.
It is ideal if you follow this course first and then follow the course Career Orientation and Application.
All UT courses are offered in English.* This is a good opportunity to further develop your English communication skills. If you experience any difficulty in expressing yourself in English during the course, the trainer can always offer assistance.
*unless all participants who registered for the course have Dutch as their first language.
