The UT Climate Event 2025 will take place on Wednesday 5 November 2025, 9:00–18:00, in the Technohal on the UT campus. The programme of this full-day event includes keynotes, networking opportunities, a research funding market, and a broad range of sessions to participate in, from energy innovation and sustainable industry to a climate-proof food system, digitalisation, disaster resilience, and solutions to drought and water scarcity.
Keynotes will be given by Reint Jan Renes, Professor of Psychology for Sustainable Cities at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS), and Bart van den Hurk, Scientific Director of Deltares and IPCC Co-Chair (Working Group 2).
During lunch you can also explore the research poster market, the UT Climate Expert Finder, and the Climate 'Walkshop'.
