New CHOIR publications on appointment scheduling

Allocating a small fraction of the outpatient clinic capacity dynamically already improves patient access time significantly, and physician schedules made by a computer comply with much more patient and staff preferences than a hand-made schedule does. This and other conclusions can be found in two recently published CHOIR papers, which can now be found online.
