The UT organizes various activities to help you gain a better overview of your lifestyle and improve it where necessary. An overview of these activities is provided below.
Nowadays many people are keen on healthy living and eating. The dietitian is the expert on food, lifestyle and health and is best equipped to help you live a healthy life.
Should you have any questions on food and healthy eating, or have any food-related complaints, visit the open hours of Marike ten Oever, dietitian. She has an open surgery every first Tuesday morning of the month. Every visitor has 20 minutes to ask questions or even have a screening performed.
Such a screening could involve measuring your weight, BMI, fat percentage, girth, blood pressure and, if desired, blood sugar levels. Based on these measurement data, Marike ten Oever will provide you with a personalized advice and, should this be necessary, inform you about what standard follow-up track you should follow.
In other words, the open hours are not meant to provide you with standard treatment from the dietitian, but to be an accessible way for you to gain an overview of your eating and living habits and what assistance a dietitian could provide.

Do you suffer (minor) physical complaints? You can do something about them. Physiotherapy practice Topvorm Twente holds open physiotherapy hours at set times in The Gallery. You are welcome to visit at these times for a first physiotherapy screening. Your complaint will be discussed in some 10 to 15 minutes, after which you will be advised on the follow-up steps to be taken. Depending on the diagnosis, this may be a referral to a doctor or physiotherapist, a workplace investigation by your HSE coordinator or company physiotherapist, or the advice to work out more or do more specific exercises, if necessary with the help of a coach.
The open physiotherapie hours are provided below:
12:30 – 12:50
12:30 – 12:50
Note: no open physiotherapy screenings are held during the summer holidays.
Extra information: You can discuss all your complaints during the open hours. It does not have to concern work-related complaints only. The physiotherapist will only discusse your complaint; no physical examination or treatment will be provided during the screening. This first screening is free of charge; therefore, you do not have to bring your health insurance data.
