Campus & Facility Management has held an internal customer satisfaction survey in May 2019.
Ultimately, 1400 internal customers participated in the survey (8,5% response), of which 19.% employees and 5% students. The average satisfaction score for the departement is 7,7. In the coming months, the results will be analysed and conclusions and recommendations will be formulated where possible.
