Recognition for Top-Level Sports or Top-Level Arts performance

Erkenning is geldig voor een maximum van één studiejaar. Voor erkenning dien je elk studiejaar opnieuw een aanvraag in te dienen / recognition is valid for the maximum of one academic year. For recognition, You need to apply every academic year

Je dient je aanvraag te ondersteunen met documenten. In ieder geval is het noodzakelijk dat je een verklaring aanlevert van jouw sportbond waarop jouw niveau staat vermeld (bij topsport) of een verklaring over jouw niveau van de bond/instantie waaraan jouw culturele activiteit is gelieerd (bij topcultuur). Aanvullend mag je ook andere documenten aanleveren, die je aanvraag kunnen ondersteunen. Documenten kun je hieronder uploaden. Mocht je dat niet lukken, dan kun je documenten mailen naar: cpo@utwente.nl Zonder verklaring van de sportbond wordt de aanvraag niet in behandeling genomen.

Your application must be supported with proof. At least, you need to submit a statement of your sports federation on which your sports level is mentioned (in case of Top-level Sport) or a statement about your level from your federation/organization to which your artistic activity is allied (in case of Top-level Arts). Additionally, you can submit other documents that can support your application. You can upload the files below. You can also e-mail it to: cpo@utwente.nl. Without a statement of your federation, your application will not be handled.

Voor elke aanvraag is een gesprek met een studentendecaan verplicht / For every application, an interview with a student counsellor is mandatory

Heb je nog geen afspraak gemaakt met de studentendecaan, dan kun je een afspraak maken via het secretariaat SGW, tel 053 489 2035 of sacc@utwente.nl. Maak de afspraak vóór 1 december van het lopende studiejaar. / If you have not yet made an appointment with the student counsellor, you can make an appointment by calling the secretariat of SGW by phone +31 53 489 2035 or mail sacc@utwente.nl. Schedule the appointment before the 1st of December of the current academic year.

Cooperation SGW and CPO (including sub-committee Top Sports/Arts): The student counsellors are part of the department "Student Guidance & Well-being" (SGW). The CPO and the student counsellors work closely together. The CPO discusses data from this application with the student counsellors in order to provide you with good and complete support regarding regulations. By submitting this application, you are informed about this cooperation and automatically give permission to the student counsellors and the CPO (and its sub-committee) to discuss the contents of this application.

Although the CPO does not share information with others without your permission, it is advisable to give permission to the CPO and your study advisor to share information about this application, in order to be able to provide you with sufficient counselling.
