In the context of stress management we offer three workshops

The workshops will be given in English.

1. How to deal with stress

Learn how you can benefit from stress! A workshop focused on a practical approach to keep your stress level under control.  

2. Mindfulness

A head full of many things you need to do gives you the feeling you are just too busy and overburdened. Mindfulness is a way to cope with stressful situations in a better way.

Learn how to cope with an endless list of to-do things, time pressure, and procrastination. This workshop helps you to make a diagnosis of your situation and offers a toolkit to overcome some of the major challenges in time management.
