In the context of stress management we offer students a one-time possibility to attend a workshop


  • Timemanagement
    Does your to-do list exceed the amount of work you are actually getting done? Have you taken on too much or tend to procrastinate? This workshop helps you make a diagnosis of your situation and offers a toolkit to overcome some of the major challenges in time management.
    Tuesday March 20, 19.00 - 21.00 hrs.
  • How to deal with stress? 
    How can we benefit from stress? A workshop focused on a practical approach to keep your stress level under control. 
    Thursday March 22, 19.00 - 21.00 hrs.
  • Mindfulness
    Is your head full of all the things that you need to do, or do you sometimes feel overburdened? Mindfulness is a way to cope with stressful situations in a better way. 
    Tuesday March 27, 19.00 - 21.00 hrs. 
  • Burnout
    When you feel overwhelmed and unable to meet constant demands and responsibilities you might be dealing with too much stress for too long. Maybe it is time to take a breather and reassess your schedule and obligations.
    What is a burnout, what are the signals and how to stay out of it. In the workshop we'll take a look at symptoms and you'll get some tips on how to handle them.
