If you have finished a self managementcourse but need a longer timespan to practice the learned strategies.
We will build on the techniques and strategies acquired in the self management course, so you need to have followed that course first. In weekly meetings you will keep working with the planning- and self-monitoring sheets as well as with the weekly goals you set for yourself.
You can participate for at least 1 module (10 weeks), and maximum 2 modules (20 weeks, or the equivalent of 20 weeks). If a longer period is advisable the trainer will consult on possibilities.
Every Monday morning: 09.00 - 10.00 hrs.
On participating we expect you to stick to the ground rules and that you will be present during the weekly meetings.
As we will build on the techniques and strategies acquired in the selfmanagement course, we advise urgently to enroll there first.
During a short interview we will confer whether this group will be the best place for you to build your study rhythm. It is possible that the Study Encouragment Group offers a better fit.
When there are too many applicants you will be put on a waiting list of we will offer you individual support (maximum 5 appointments).
There is no charge for participation.
