Selfmanagement Course

Realize an effective study approach and good intentions through self-management.

Achieving good study results does not only depend on intelligence, the right education or motivation. Equally important are your opportunities to organize your study activities properly and to find a balance between studying, work, friends, sports and the other things that are important in your life.

This training will help you to break the vicious circle of good intentions, delay, poor study results and loss of motivation. You will experience a lot of recognition and support from your fellow students in the group. You will learn to plan, process information efficiently and set priorities. Above all, you learn to find your own, effective way of planning.
