CONTENT
A referential framework for the verbal and non-verbal behavior of the participants throughout the course (i.e. DISC). Within this framework, the course focus lies on developing the aforementioned communication techniques. For this purpose, reading assignments and discussion of the various topics is combined with conversation assignments. This mix allows participants to immediately put theoretic aspects into practice.
Throughout this course, valuable opportunities for personal development are offered through tips & tools provided by the trainer, as well as by feedback from the other participants.
DURATION AND TIME INVESTMENT
Two full days (total 16 hours), including lunch. Presence on both days is required.
In order to provide each participant with challenging conversation partners and to facilitate the trainer in providing tailored feedback throughout the course, every participant fills in an online questionnaire one week prior to the start of the course. The outcome provides initial insight in each participant’s behavioural style and is only to be shared with the trainer. Filling in this questionnaire takes approximately 30 minutes.
Executing (reading) assignments between the first and second course session require an additional time investment of approximately 60 minutes.
