Improving accuracy of optical tracking system using dynamics

You will derive and implement an universal dynamic model for a free falling object. Universal in this context means that the dynamic model can be used for different objects in terms of mass and inertia. Preferably the dynamic model is invertible; the position and attitude of the object can be determined with fixed exterior mounted cameras but the position and attitude of the object can also be determined with internal cameras which record the surrounding.
To validate the model you will design and carry out an experiment to track a well-known trajectory.
