In the second half of 2018, 445 new student studio apartments will be available for international students.
The studio apartments will be based on the university’s short stay principle. Students will be able to stay for a maximum of 1 year. Real estate company Camelot will announce the rental costs and prices for the studio apartments in the spring of 2018.
The studio apartments will be energy efficient, fully furnished and will be fully set up with a kitchen and bathroom. There will also be common areas for students with TV and laundry facilities. Students will also be able to request additional services, if necessary.
The new student apartments are part of the Hogekamp building, in which there will also be a new conference hotel, called the U Parchotel, with 72 hotel rooms and conference rooms. The Hogekamp building is part of the University of Twente campus and is currently being renovated, with sustainability in mind.
Please keep in mind that you cannot apply for this accommodation as yet.
