Vrijhof Culture presents every 6 weeks a new art exhibition in the two exhibition rooms of the Vrijhof, showing a wide range of what is possible with art. Mostly from young artists, professional art of the present. Every year around the WAK (week of the amateur artists) however, we make room for the students and staff of the University of Twente: amateur arts in the spotlights!
This year Vrijhof Culture presents four independent exhibitions of UT employees and students: employee Wim Olijslager with a few big color pictures, employee Nienke Oesterholt with a series of instax/instagram pictures she made for almost a whole year, Industrial Design students with their own “free” work in expsoitIO5 and finally a small presentation of the works made by students by one of the cultural courses.
