A ME student who has passed all study unit exams in the ME bachelor’s programme can request for completion of the ME bachelor’s final examination by filling out this form. The office for educational affairs will process the request upon approval of the ME programme management. The date of the final examination is the date on which the student completes the final study unit of the degree programme. Before requesting for completion of the bachelor’s final examination check the following items in your study progress overview in Osiris:
- Are alle study units passed and grades registered? If not, you cannot request for completion of the bachelor’s final examination.
- Do you still have a 5.0 - 5.4 that needs to be registered as a C5? If yes, use the form Request for C5 registration in Osiris to request for this registration.
- Is everything correctly registered in your Osiris study progress overview? If not, use the form Request for correction regitration erros in Osiris to correct this.
- Might it be that you pass the ME bachelor’s final examination cum laude? If yes, tick the box.
