This form can be used by Mechanical Engineering students to report corrections / errors in the registration of their ec's or study units (courses) in Osiris. This can be:
- Both parts of a study unit (course) are passed but the ec's are not awarded
- A study unit (course) does not appear in the study programme but appears under "other credits achieved" at the bottom of the study progress overview
- Moving a replacement course of your minor that appears at the bottom of the study progress overview under "other credits achieved" to your minor
- A grade is registered under the (new) code for the seperate course and should be moved the (old) module code
Note: If you did a course and got a grade, e.g. on Canvas, but it is not registered in Osiris yet, you cannot use this form to report it. You should ask the teacher to register the grade in Osiris.
