International Perspectives on Interdisciplinarity in Philosophy of Science and Engineering
The Center for Philosophy of Technology and Engineering Science (CEPTES) of the Department of Philosophy at University of Twente is proud to invite you to our international workshop on May 23 2008. The aim of the workshop is to explore methods for performing interdisciplinary research and for exchanging experiences. The workshop will take place at Hotel Drienerburght on University of Twente campus and will feature speakers from University of North Texas, Colorado School of Mines, Twente University and the Rathenau Institute.
09.00 – 10.00 Professor Carl Mitcham (Colorado School of Mines, director of the Hennebach Program in the Humanities) and Professor Robert Frodeman (chair of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, University of North Texas) will present their upcoming handbook on interdisciplinary research
