Beyond UT, we have close ties to the Finnish community of semioticians, especially prof. dr. Eero Tarasti's semiotic group and the Academy of Cultural Heritages, while some of us are members of the International Association for Semiotic Studies (IASS). We also have thriving collaborations with the semiotic groups of prof. dr. Massimo Leone (University of Turin) and dr. Stéphanie Walsh Matthews (Toronto Metropolitan University).
