Prepare your project ideas, connect with peers, and get ready for Crowdhelix brokerage events

Crowdhelix (also a strategic partner of UT) is organizing brokerage events throughout the year for six different clusters of Horizon Europe (HE) in various locations in Europe with the participation of a wide variety of potential consortium partners from Europe and some associated countries out of Europe. To assist colleagues who are interested in these brokerage events, SBD, BMS research support, and BMS Resilience theme are going to organize a pre-brokerage event for BMS Resilience research theme on 18 June 2026 afternoon (13:45-16:30) at Ravelijn 4334.

Following this pre-brokerage event, you can join Crowdhelix’s brokerage events to advance your collaborative project proposal(s) idea(s). Specifically for Cluster 4: Digital, Industry, and Space , UT will be the host of Cluster 4 brokerage event of Crowdhelix on October/November 2026 (exact date will be communicated by SBD later on). This offers extra great opportunity for colleagues interested in Cluster 4 as potential (inter)national consortium partners will be in our campus (please consider that our pre-brokerage event is not limited to Cluster 4).

What you can do in BMS Resilience Pre-brokerage event on 18th June 2026:

Give pitches about your project ideas (that you want to coordinate or be a partner in)
Give pitches about your competences (that can partially fit in a project proposal, although you do not have a potential consortium to join in your mind)
Q&A with SBD colleagues and other participants
Learn practicalities and strategies about Crowdhelix brokerage events
Reflect on other potential calls (other than Horizon Europe) if your project ideas do not match Horizon Europe calls
Learn how you can use BMS Strategic Research Funds to join brokerage events
