About the Programme
The detailed programme will be shared closer to the event — but here’s what you can already look forward to. The Twente Health School offers an inspiring mix of keynotes, workshops, and interactive sessions designed to explore the full journey of data-driven health research, from ideas to implementation.
The Twente Health School takes you on a three-day exploration of how technology, data, and society shape the future of health. Each day combines scientific depth with interactive experiences, offering participants a full picture of the research pipeline — from conceptualization and design to evaluation and real-world implementation.
You’ll move between keynotes, lectures, and workshops led by international experts from academia and practice. Expect a mix of perspectives from data science, artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, human factors, ethics, and system evaluation.
Across the programme, participants will:
- Explore how emerging technologies and data-driven methods are transforming healthcare.
- Gain hands-on experience with health technology assessment, simulation, and serious games.
- Discuss the ethical and societal implications of AI in healthcare and responsible innovation.
- Learn how to translate research into real-world impact — from design to implementation.
The Spring School blends inspiration with interaction. Sessions range from thought-provoking keynotes to small-group workshops and hands-on demonstrations. Participants will also engage in short pitch sessions, social activities, and networking opportunities designed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
An optional fourth day includes a visit to Amsterdam, where participants can explore cultural highlights in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.
