Supporting parents of neurodivergent children: the Adappt app

Project description

This project aims to develop and evaluate an application to support parents of neurodivergent children in the stress they experience. The app “Adappt” is based on positive psychology, self-compassion, mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Currently, the effectiveness of “Adappt” is evaluated in an international RCT.  Parents can signup via the study website.
