Short bio

Mireille works as an assistant professor at the department Educational Science. Her main research interests include the process of capacity building to facilitate sustainable organizational change, and the role of professional capital in obtaining such change. Her doctoral dissertation illustrated the relationship between capacity building and sustainable change, and the challenges that are arise in the process of change.

Current research projects

  • July 2016 – present: Senior researcher and co-project leader (with dr. Maaike Endedijk) for a project funded by Tech Your Future (http://www.techyourfuture.nl). The goal of this project is to create a toolkit that will help schools to sustain school-wide science education.

Teaching
