BACHELOR THESIS AT HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Human Resource Development focuses on the professional development of adults at their workplace. We study the professional development of both employees and managers, and we do so in various types of organizations (e.g., education, health care, high-tech industry). Oftentimes, our research combines theories from psychology, educational science and human resource management. Examples include using social sensing technology to understand how teams learn, using experience-design to stimulate vulnerability, and determining the ways in which interorganisational collaborations imagine, shape, and realise sustainable futures.
Please note: For all theses in our section, successful completion of the module Professional Learning in Organizations, is required.
