Janina Banis is a teacher in psychology and research at Saxion University and a PhD candidate at the Netherlands Institute for Knowledge Intensive Entrepreneurship (NIKOS) at the University of Twente. Her research focusses on Talent selection. She researches personality predictors for innovative behaviour. Her main interests are proactive personality as a predictor for creative and proactive behavior. Het PhD advisor is prof.dr. Aard Groen.
Before she became a teacher and researcher Janina obtained her MSc in Health Psychology at the University of Twente. She currently works for the Academy of Applied Psychology and Human Resource Management Saxion (http://www.saxion.nl/ama) and the Research Group Strategic HRM (http://saxion.nl/strategisch-hrm).

Janina in involved with the Top Talent Programmes within Saxion University. She monitors the progress of students in Talent Programmes.
Janina teaches courses in diagnostics, research, psychology and communication in Saxion University.
