Grounded Strategy for a VUCA World
Jeroen Kraaijenbrink

Thursday December 1, 2016
19.15 – 22.00 (doors open & coffee from 19.15 – closing drink)
Enschede, the Gallery – room Erlemeyer

Hearsay, gurus, and the popular business press tell us that the world is now more VUCA then ever – volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous – and that strategy and business need to be more agile then ever in response. But is this so? And what does this actually mean? In this VentureClass we will assess this conventional wisdom and plea for a grounded approach to strategy: a holistic, continuous and interactive approach to making strategy that is distinctly grounded in research, experience and the challenges of today’s digital world. During this interactive VentureClass you will learn about this approach and how it aims to professionalize the way strategy is made.
With this VentureClass Jeroen will also be saying goodbye to 15 years of working at the University of Twente.

Full details about our Anniversary Seminar, the Masterclasses and the VentureClasses can be found on the NIKOS anniversary webpage.
