BMS Walk-in days Capitol 15

As communicated in our earlier communication, Capitol 15 has been designated as a temporary accommodation during the Cubicus renovation period. We would like to inform you about this and invite you to get acquainted with the building in the form of walk-in days.

Who will move into Capitol 15?
The starting point is that all current residents of the Cubicus will move to Capitol 15 in the summer of 2024, with the exception of the BMS Lab and the three study associations. For these groups will be temporarily allocated in the Kop van Langezijds. The reason for this is that all student traffic should remain situated on campus, as much as possible.

In addition, we are still looking at solutions for student advisers, for example, as they also have a lot of contact with students. We are also working on creating so-called ‘landing spots’ in Ravelijn and at the Kop van Langezijds, so that you can continue to work on Campus between appointments, for example.

Walk-in-days at Capitol 15
During the walk-in days, we will show you around the building, answer all your questions about the move and allay any concerns you may have. We also ask for your input to express any wishes within the building's features to make your stay in Capitol as pleasant as possible.

Save the Date!
The 3 walk-in moments at Capitol 15 will be organised on:

  • Monday, November 27 (11:30am to 1:30pm)
  • Tuesday, November 28 (9:30 – 11:30 am)
  • Wednesday 29 November (9:00 - 11:00 am)

Reserve one of these dates in your Calander. The exact programme of the walk-in days will be announced later.

Afterwards, we would also like to give you the opportunity to express your wishes about working in Capitol 15 by means of a short survey, so that we can perhaps (within the framework of the building) give them further substance.
