General information

Being a physician holding a MSc in Business Information Technology I have a special interest in the application and adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in healthcare. I look at Electronic Patient Records and healthcare networks from an end-users’ (i.e. care providers’) perspective.

Working as a lecturer and researcher at Saxion, Knowledge Center Health, Social Work & Technology, knowledge circle Technology in Healthcare & Social Work, I coordinate the research program Electronic Patient Record.

I am also involved in the development and lecturing of the studyroute Health & Technology in the bachelor of Nursing.
