Milou Habraken is a PhD researcher at the University of Twente in the field of Human Resource Management. Her research joins the initiative on Smart Industries from the Human Resource Management point of view. The project “Smart Human Resource Management” is supervised by Prof. dr. Tanya Bondarouk and Dr. Anna Bos-Nehles.

She obtained her Master degree in Business Administration at the University of Twente in 2013. The topic of her Master thesis research focused on drivers of employee engagement. Besides her PhD position, Milou is obtaining her Research Master degree in the Research Master in Economics and Business, profile Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour at the University of Groningen. In the period between the two masters, she gained the professional experience by working as the HR specialist at Landgoedhotel De Wilmersberg.
