This research stream is about exploring the implementation and explaining value creation of HR Shared Services. The way how shared services for HRM can create value for the organization and separate business units, is the central focus of this project. The primary outcome is value creation for end-users (i.e. employees, managers and business HR professionals), which represents the ratio between use value (perceived quality of HR shared services) and exchange value (perceived monetary and non-monetary sacrifices for receiving HR services).
