Defence Henry van Beusichem

Congratulations to Dr. Henry van Beusichem! He has successfully defended his PhD thesis at the Rotterdam School of Management on the 16th of June 2016.

In his thesis, Henry conducted three empirical studies on dividend, governance and transparency policies of Dutch firms. A noteworthy component of his research was the analysis of dividend policy decisions of Dutch firms in the 20^th century. Historical academic research analyzing firm’s financial policies has been limited. Henry’s research contributes towards filling this gap.
