Dr. Linda Sleddens is Head Economic Capital & Risk Integration at SNS Bank (Volksbank). She is responsible for Risk Management / Economic Capital and leading a team of 16 professionals. Dr. Sleddens has extensive experience in managing national and international teams at various organizations including Aegon Bank, Syntrus Achmea, Capgemini Nederland, Rabobank Nederland, De Lage Landen.
She obtained a PhD degree from the University of Twente after writing a thesis on “Credit risk management: The integration of risk in the bank lending process”. For several years, Dr. Sleddens has been a guest lecturer at the University of Twente teaching in the Bachelor in International Business Administration and Master in Risk Management programmes.
