UT’s management studies programmes Industrial Engineering & Management and (International) Business Administration celebrate their 50th anniversary this autumn. We mark the occasion with a guest lecture by BA alumnus Boet Kreiken, Executive Vice President Customer Experience at KLM. Boet’s father Jan Kreiken – widely recognized as the founder of management thinking in Europe- was appointed as professor of Business Economics in 1968, and later on became a rector of our University. After Boet’s talk there will be plenty of opportunity to talk and network with (former) staff, students and alumni during a tapas buffet dinner. Please join us! Boet's lecture is also part of the Studium Generale Universiteit Twente programme for the Utwente Week of Inspiration 2018.
