Clear your calendar from April 3 to 6, because the international Persuasive Technology conference is coming back to the Netherlands! The seventh edition of this conference is hosted by the Centre for eHealth and Wellbeing Research from the University of Twente and will take place in the exciting Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam.
Persuasive Technology is an innovative and interdisciplinary research field that focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of technologies that aim to change people’s attitudes or behaviours through persuasion, but without coercion or deception. The aim of this field is to enrich people’s lives in various domains – e.g., health, safety, and the environment – by supporting their personal goals to change their behaviour.
The 2017 conference theme is: Smart monitoring and persuasive coaching
We offer a diverse program of workshops, presentations, symposia, posters and demos to bring together people from research and practice who are working in the field of persuasive technology.
