About us
The Organisational Theory & International Entrepreneurship team focuses on how organisational identity, structure, and leadership shape entrepreneurial activity across borders. In this way, we address how sustainability, culture, and legitimacy influence entrepreneurial organising in diverse contexts. We investigate how firms adapt to global developments such as sustainability or geopolitical tensions and related social and organisational transformation. We also explore how firms manage international growth, especially born globals - high-tech startups with a global market.
