General information
Dick W.P. Ruiter is Emeritus Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Twente, School of Business, Public Administration and Technology, in the Netherlands. From 1997 until 1999 he was scientific director of the Netherlands Institute of Government (NIG). He is General Editor of the Library of Public Administration and Public Policy and member of the Editorial Board of Res Publica.
