Career Opportunities

The department CPE compiled a ‘HFE monitor’ for the study years 2013-2015, with the aim to better align the Master’s programme ‘Human Factors and Engineering Psychology’ (HFE) to the labor market. One of the most promising outcomes of this monitor is, that the average time until an alumnus of HFE finds a study-related job is only 3.5 month. Moreover, 73% of the alumni stated their current working level matches the level of the Master's programme HFE. This is probably also the reason why no less than 76% of the alumni agreed to redial to this Master programme if they had to make the choice again!
